2. What TelarPublishing is

TelarPublishing is an independent publisher of coloring books for adults, seniors and children, featuring places, festivals and traditions from Spain and Latin America. This website only showcases our books: nothing is sold and no payments are taken here.

3. Your purchase is made from Amazon

Our books are printed on demand and sold through Amazon (Amazon.com, Amazon.es and other Amazon stores). When you click "Buy on Amazon", you leave this website and enter Amazon's store:

• Amazon is the seller, not TelarPublishing. Amazon sets the final price, takes payment, prints, ships, issues the invoice and handles returns, warranties and complaints about the purchase, under its own conditions of use and sale and its privacy notice.
• We do not receive your purchase data. Amazon does not tell us who buys our books, only how many are sold and in which store.
• If there is a problem with a book (for example, a printing error), please contact Amazon for a replacement or refund. If you want to tell us something about a book's content, write to hola@telarpublishing.com: we'd love to hear from you.

4. Affiliate links

We do not use affiliate links. The Amazon links on this website are ordinary links to each book's page: we earn no commission on your purchases beyond what Amazon pays us as the publisher of our own books. If we ever use affiliate links, we will say so clearly next to each one.

5. Books made with the help of artificial intelligence

We want you to know how our books are made before you buy them:

• Illustrations. Our coloring pages and covers are generated with artificial intelligence tools from the scenes we choose and describe for each book. Our own software then cleans them up (crisp black lines and closed areas to color), and every page is checked one by one, with AI tools that look for mistakes and with our own review before publishing; any page that fails is fixed or made again.
• Text. The texts (the notes on each tradition, Mochi's stories and the English editions) are drafted with artificial intelligence tools following our instructions. We review them and check the facts against sources before printing.
• On Amazon. When we publish each book, we tell Amazon that it contains AI-generated content, as its publishing rules require.
• Real people. Our illustrations do not depict real people and are not meant to pass as authentic photos or documents. Mochi is real: he is our family's cat, and we draw him with the help of AI based on what he looks like.

6. Copyright and use of the coloring pages

The texts, the selection and order of the scenes, the notes, the retouching of the illustrations, the design of our books and of this website, the names and characters of our series (such as Mochi and Chispa) and the TelarPublishing name and logo belong to us or are used with permission, to the extent the law protects them.

When you buy a book, you may:

• Color it and enjoy it, give it as a gift, or share your colored pages on social media for non-commercial purposes (we'd love a mention: @telarpublishing).
• Photocopy or print pages from your own copy for your personal or family use (for example, to color a favorite page again or to let your children color it).

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Copy, scan, distribute or upload the pages or the book for others to download, or hand out copies to classes, workshops or care homes in an organized way.
• Sell the pages, colored or not, or use them on products (T-shirts, mugs, prints, digital files, other books).
• Use the pages, texts or characters to train artificial intelligence models or to create commercial derivative works.

If you are a teacher, a care home or an association and want to use the pages with a group, write to us: we can almost always work something out.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to Amazon, Instagram and Telarlab. We are not responsible for their content or policies; their own terms apply when you visit them.

8. Liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date (for example, which books are on sale and which are coming soon), but it may contain errors or change without notice. Dates for books announced as "coming soon" are approximate. We are not liable for website interruptions beyond our control.

9. Governing law

To be decided with our lawyer. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the laws of your country of residence in any case.
